The conclusion is not a repeat of the results section nor the discussion section. It is a short reflection of the results relative to the objective(s). It takes into account any key discussion points. It should be short and concise.
The recommendations should be written in a way that it is clear what has to be done, by whom and what the expected impact would be. They are directly linked to the conclusions.
